​VISIONS FOR THE EUCATION PROGRAM
We envision a future where …
  1. Between CBF and Parks, ed programs are offered 7 days a week
  2. CBF gives grants to many people/groups
  3. CBF has many volunteer education docents with widely varied skills
  4. There are many more activities for locals
  5. CBF hosts a monthly series of speakers/films/activities
  6. CBF funds LOTS of school field trips ad we have excellent docents during the FT, and also pre and post visits to the classroom

VISIONS FOR THE STORE
We envision a future where …
  1. There is plenty of space for inventory
  2. The store uses an integrated system for tracking inventory/pricing/scanning
  3. Cashiers learn to reset their own banks
  4. CBF has unlimited budget to buy inventory
  5. The store sells Park & Cama posters
  6. We have room for more books (our store is the only bookstore on island)

VISIONS FOR BOTH/OTHER
We envision a future where …
  1. There are so many volunteers we are turning them away
  2. We have plenty of trained subs for all the positions
  3. There is signage (about the store and ed programs) at front of Park
  4. There’s a Social Media team
  5. CBF gets more publicity
  6. Locals visit store/park more often
  7. Partners support CBF (cross promotion/we have ability/depth to support the other groups/partners)
