To request a Nature Backpack, visit the Cama Beach Welcome Center during hours of operation (9am-5pm). You can borrow a backpack for either 48-hours or one week. Each backpack has an estimated $90 value. Here's a sample of the loan agreement. It contains information about potential replacement costs if items are missing or damaged when returned.
Each backpack also contains a quick, six question survey form (see sample survey). The information you provide will help State Parks report the success of the program and allow Parks to modify it to better serve your needs.
