Color Wheel Quilt Class
hosted by Cama Beach Quilters

Thursday March 23, 2023
9 am – 2 pm

Cost: $20 per kit

Create your own twelve-sided color wheel quilt for your sewing room! Sign up to learn all about quilting and color theory from the Cama Beach Quilters!

During this class, a paper-pieced kit will be provided allowing you to create an 18” x 18” quilt. The supplied kit will have all 48 colors cut and ready to paper-piece together. Patterns and Iron-on labels will also be included in the kit.

How to sign up: Please call Cama Beach State Park at 360-387-1550. There is limited space in this class so reservations are required.

What you’ll need to bring: Your own 1/2 yard fabric (or two fat quarters) for the background and back of the quilt.

The State Park is open all year round, however, from November through March the store will be closed for the Winter. We'll open again in early April.

Cama Beach Foundation is a nonprofit organization that operates with a mostly-volunteer staff. Our goal is to support Camano Island State Park and
Cama Beach Historical State Park by offering visitors educational and interpretive programs that enhance their visit to the Parks. We coordinate our efforts with Parks staff but we receive no financial support from Washington State Parks. Nor does CBF speak for Washington State Parks or the Parks and Recreation Commission.

Our operations are funded by generous donations from people like you and by proceeds from sales at the historic Cama Beach Store. The store is located down on the beach just north of the cabins. During the summer we're open seven days a week. In spring and fall we are open only on Saturdays. Next time you visit the park, be sure to stop in and say "Hi".
